Compliance Program Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Program Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the SOX program across Group, US, and ANZ entities
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants for control assessments and audits
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and action trackers across multiple workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing global programs or projects in regulated industries
• Deep understanding of SOX, internal controls, or similar regulatory frameworks
• Qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP)
• Experience working with LRC, Finance, or Technology teams in a global context
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence)
