Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of its Compliance Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with regulatory requirements
• Conduct compliance investigations, track compliance areas, and provide guidance on responsive measures
• Manage the compliance matrix and facilitate communication among various departments to ensure compliance initiatives are executed effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations in higher education compliance
• Project management skills and competency in compliance management systems and reporting tools
• Understanding of risk management processes in a major online university context
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information collaboratively
