Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing regulatory and contractual compliance, the full-time remote Compliance Program Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on government-managed healthcare regulations, manage compliance initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a repository of regulatory requirements, summarizing key updates for leadership
• Respond to client and regulatory audits, managing corrective action plans and compliance-related inquiries
• Oversee the annual risk assessment, compliance workplan, and testing program while developing compliance reporting tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on HIPAA privacy compliance experience with a proven track record in managing HIPAA privacy programs
• Minimum of 7 years in progressive regulatory compliance roles, preferably in government-managed or regulated healthcare
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience compiling, analyzing, and organizing regulatory data
