Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing regulatory and contractual compliance across various healthcare lines of business, the full-time remote Compliance Program Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, manage audits, and lead compliance initiatives while ensuring adherence to government-managed healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a repository of regulatory requirements, summarizing updates for leadership
• Respond to client and regulatory audits, managing corrective action plans and reviewing compliance-related materials
• Oversee annual risk assessments and compliance reporting tools, providing performance improvement recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience with relevant certifications)
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance roles
• At least 5 years of hands-on HIPAA privacy compliance experience
• Experience in government-managed or regulated healthcare preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
