Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Compliance Program Manager (Regulatory Implementation) who will lead the implementation of regulatory and contractual requirements, serve as a compliance resource, and ensure effective operationalization and monitoring across various lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements and coordinate timely implementation across functional areas
• Review implementation validation evidence and respond to client and regulatory audits while supporting corrective action plans
• Coordinate annual risk assessments and maintain compliance reporting, including preparing updates for leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with relevant certifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance and oversight
• Direct experience in government-managed or regulated healthcare
• Strong experience analyzing and operationalizing regulatory requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SharePoint
