Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Compliance Program Manager with expertise in government-managed healthcare regulations to oversee regulatory compliance across Commercial, Exchange, Medicaid, and Medicare lines of business, ensuring adherence to standards and managing audits and risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory and contractual requirements, monitoring and summarizing key updates for leadership
• Respond to client and regulatory audits, managing corrective action plans and reviewing compliance of agreements and policies
• Lead compliance-related initiatives, oversee risk assessments, and develop compliance reporting tools and training materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with relevant certifications
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance roles
• At least 5 years of hands-on HIPAA privacy compliance experience
• Experience in government-managed or regulated healthcare preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
