Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Experienced compliance professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Compliance Program Manager, responsible for overseeing regulatory and contractual compliance across various healthcare lines of business while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory and contractual requirements, monitoring and summarizing key updates for leadership
• Respond to client and regulatory audits, managing corrective action plans and ensuring compliance of agreements and policies
• Oversee annual risk assessments and compliance workplans, analyzing findings and providing performance improvement recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with relevant certifications
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance roles
• At least 5 years of hands-on HIPAA privacy compliance experience
• Experience in government-managed or regulated healthcare preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills in data analysis
