Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of compliance frameworks, the full-time remote Compliance Program Manager will manage regulatory monitoring, internal program readiness, and the productization of new service offerings while ensuring the organization remains compliant and responsive to changes in the regulatory landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organization-wide compliance framework calendar, tracking rule changes and maintaining an obligations register
• Drive internal readiness for authorizations and accreditations, coordinating audits and corrective actions
• Evaluate frameworks for market opportunities and manage the productization of approved offerings, including scope definition and pricing

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance program management and product management
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations
• Ability to develop business cases and manage productization processes
• Experience in coordinating audits and managing corrective actions
• Familiarity with pricing models and market analysis
