Job Summary
Working remotely after initial in-person training, the full-time Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist will audit and review services across departments to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards while conducting daily audits and providing feedback for process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of New Client Applications and renewals to ensure compliance with IRS, HIPAA, and Department of Labor regulations
- Monitor call quality to ensure accurate information is provided to customers and that service representatives deliver an exceptional experience
- Perform daily peer quality assurance reviews to maintain team accuracy and oversee the updating of standard operating procedures and documentation
Required qualifications
- Graduation from a four-year college preferred
- At least one year of professional experience in a related field required, with prior quality assurance experience considered a plus
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and Ameriflex systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail in audits and reports
