Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end documentation and negotiation for MSFTA and ISDA matters
Engage directly in negotiations with counterparties
Ensure positive engagement with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Experience with MSFTA and ISDA regulations
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Minimum of 10 hours per week commitment
