Compliance Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

To support compliance initiatives, the full-time Compliance Reporting Specialist will manage the submission of students' course completion credit hours to regulators, handle customer issues related to licensing and certification, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely from Karachi, Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Submit students' course information to regulators and maintain accurate records
• Conduct periodic audits of reported course completions to ensure compliance
• Manage escalated reporting issues and maintain communication with customers and state departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced spreadsheet skills
• Familiarity with web-based applications and internet research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an understanding of American English accent preferred
