Compliance Reviewer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and dedicated, the full-time Compliance Reviewer will consult with internal and external teams during the review process of crop insurance policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with external parties to gather necessary information and documentation for reviews
• Manage review workload effectively while adhering to compliance workflow procedures
• Maintain knowledge of Risk Management Agency rules and Federal Crop Insurance regulations

Required qualifications

• Two years of crop insurance or agriculture-related experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated skill in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution
• Advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Curiosity to ask questions and solve problems effectively
