Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Financial Analyst to review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess financial marketing materials for compliance with UDAAP and TILA regulations
• Identify compliance risks and provide clear actionable feedback to stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams to resolve issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience reviewing marketing materials for UDAAP and TILA compliance
• Strong understanding of consumer financial regulations
• Previous experience with Figma is desired
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
