Compliance Risk Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance & Risk Lead for TPRM/ERM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, scaling, and maturity of the TPRM and ERM functions
• Design and execute TPRM framework, vendor management program, and procurement
• Design and execute ERM framework, policies, and procedures across all business entities

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in a regulated financial services company
• Experience in TPRM and ERM in heavily regulated institutions
• Ability to create programs, policies, and procedures
• Strong analytical skills and a sense of urgency
• Experience in providing constructive feedback, engaging with stakeholders, and making fast decisions
