Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for compliance strategy and execution across EPR programs
• Establish national reporting frameworks and direct risk management strategies to mitigate compliance-related exposures
• Build and manage a team of compliance professionals to meet strategic objectives and represent the organization in industry forums

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regulatory compliance risk management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of EPR and product stewardship regulatory landscape
• Experience with statutory and regulatory interpretation and compliance analysis
• Experience in risk assessment, audit processes, and development of compliance controls
