Compliance Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Risk & Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the annual compliance risk assessment and monitoring plan
• Manage the Compliance Training Program and oversee enterprise-wide compliance issue management processes
• Prepare and deliver risk dashboards and reports to communicate compliance risk trends to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance risk management or regulatory oversight, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations
• Proven experience in creating and leading compliance risk assessments and regulatory exam responses
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
