Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Compliance Risk Manager will execute components of the Customer Risk Rating framework, ensuring accurate risk assessments and enhancing risk visibility through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering accountability and innovation
• Ensure accurate assignment of customer risk ratings in compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Analyze data to identify risk drivers and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, risk management, or control management
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven ability to develop clear presentation materials for diverse audiences
