Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Sales Representative focused on the compliance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify organizations with AML, sanctions, fraud, or regulatory reporting needs
Translate regulatory challenges into solution conversations and position the platform accordingly
Build and manage pipeline in CRM while coordinating product demonstrations

Required Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in AML/KYC, compliance operations, fraud/risk analysis, or regulatory reporting
Exposure to compliance software tools
Comfort engaging senior compliance professionals
Early sales experience (BDR, SDR, junior AE) is preferred
Experience in a SaaS or technology environment is a plus
