Key Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and verify investigation documents prepared by Junior Associates for accuracy
• Interact with clients and Admin team to resolve policy issues and analyze processes
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends for root cause analysis and assist with escalated client issues

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in life insurance and annuities
• 2 years of experience communicating with insurance company home offices
• 2 years of experience with methodology writing for documentation
• 2 years of experience coordinating or leading special projects
• Experience supervising, monitoring, and verifying contracts of Junior Associates
