Compliance Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Senior Manager, focusing on internal control frameworks and investigations related to healthcare compliance violations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations, including interviewing witnesses and analyzing records to ensure appropriate corrective actions are identified
• Prepare written summaries and reports, and conduct briefings with the Compliance team and business stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation and storage of controlled investigation documents in the designated system of record

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of compliance experience, or
• Master's degree and 4 years of compliance experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of compliance experience, or
• Associate's degree and 10 years of compliance experience, or
• High school diploma/GED and 12 years of compliance experience
