Compliance Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's Insurance compliance program across all operational areas
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance in product development, marketing, and external communications
• Manage compliance reporting and oversee due diligence and auditing needs

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of compliance and/or risk management experience
• Strong background in the Insurance product lifecycle, preferably in Property & Casualty
• Experience in a high growth fintech environment is a plus
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and claims function
• Experience managing analysts or teams of analysts
