Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered Compliance solutions, including automated workflows and scalable analytics
• Own governance and risk management for Compliance AI systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Multiply the Compliance team's capability through documentation, training, and tracking automation impact

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance operations, financial crime, or regulatory technology
• Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools, with hands-on experience in production environments
• Deep knowledge of anti-financial crime regulations and data privacy frameworks
• Proficiency with AI tooling stack, including n8n, Python, and Claude API
• Solid understanding of data classification and compliance obligations across jurisdictions
