Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to support the compliance function and provide guidance to the sales team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and regulators as needed
• Manage compliance-related projects in response to current and evolving laws
• Assist in implementing an effective compliance program and conduct data privacy audits

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. data privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, TCPA) and experience with GDPR
• Experience interacting with or working for government agencies
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing a broad range of policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Project or program management experience
