Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and investigate all surety bond claims
• Manage claims toward prompt and reasonable resolution while preparing reports and documenting bond claim files
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize compliance and assist other Specialists with projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 years' experience in compliance or a related role
• Independently driven with the ability to prioritize responsibilities without direct supervision
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with bond execution is preferred
