Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SEA Compliance Specialist 4 to lead the resolution of compliance issues and manage subscription-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team activities and report on subscription bookings related to SEAP
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable subscription terms and pricing
• Provide strategic advice on licensing models and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OpenSource/SaaS/software sales, program management, or software license compliance
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in managing subscription adherence and entitlement validation
• Ability to interpret data sets and identify subscription discrepancies
• Familiarity with contract language and compliance risks within assigned accounts
