Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist-Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform coder audits based on the established system plan
• Distribute audit findings to the appropriate stakeholders
• Create corrective actions for coding, billing, and documentation issues

Required Qualifications

• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or equivalent licensure preferred
• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required
• 1 year of experience required
• Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
• Experience in coding and auditing healthcare preferred
