Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to assist with the compliance needs of surplus lines insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance efforts for surplus lines operations in accordance with state regulations
  • Complete timely and compliant surplus lines filings and assist with tax and fee payments
  • Monitor, audit, and update policy lifecycle operations and procedures for compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of surplus lines laws and regulations
  • 2+ years of property and casualty insurance compliance experience
  • Experience in surplus lines operations
  • Familiarity with various software tools including Excel and G Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
