Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to support Process Server contractors and ensure compliance with court and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review service events for compliance with court and customer requirements
• Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
• Investigate service complaints and create investigation reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred
• Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
