Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to manage project-related financial and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project financials, including revenue tracking and cost reconciliation
• Prepare and review complex client invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Provide financial updates and compliance guidance to internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Business, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, compliance, or project accounting
• Strong understanding of financial practices and HCP ToV guidelines
• Proficiency in Excel for financial data analysis and reconciliation
• Ability to adapt to evolving systems and processes
