Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Providing governance and oversight for compliance obligations in government contracting, the full-time remote Compliance Specialist will manage the organization's Integrated Management System, coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Plan and conduct internal audits, tracking corrective actions and compliance performance
• Coordinate CMMC compliance efforts and maintain related documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, HR, Information Technology, Business, Law, or equivalent experience
• 2-5+ years of experience in compliance, cybersecurity, and/or government contracting
• Experience with CMMC, NIST SP 800 171, and ISO 27001 compliance programs
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable internal processes
