Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Process Server contractors, the full-time remote Compliance Specialist will review service events for compliance, provide education to process servers, and investigate service complaints while ensuring adherence to court and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements
• Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
• Investigate service complaints and create investigation reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to train remotely using Microsoft Teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn a large amount of new information quickly
