Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Process Server contractors, the full-time Compliance Specialist will review service events for compliance with court and customer requirements, provide education to process servers, and investigate service complaints while working remotely from Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements
• Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
• Investigate service complaints and create investigation reports

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn new information quickly
