Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the compliance department remotely, the full-time Compliance Specialist will conduct audits, review legal documents, and investigate fraud, waste, and abuse claims while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and respond to internal and external audits across all jurisdictions
• Complete daily reports and assist with I-9 approvals and conflict reporting
• Investigate fraud, waste, and abuse claims while providing quality assurance review

Required qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in a compliance-related position preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficient in data input and case review
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Adept at multi-tasking and organized with attention to detail
