Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for running Military and Bankruptcy searches and completing compliance assignments, the full-time Compliance Specialist will ensure adherence to client requirements throughout the foreclosure process while working remotely in a high-volume legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Military and Bankruptcy searches in compliance with client specifications
• Provide compliance searches to clients in the expected format and complete corresponding assignments
• Re-project SCRA and Bankruptcy events in LPS as per client requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
