Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To support over 5,400 locations, the full-time remote Compliance Specialist will develop and maintain compliance documents, review compliance packet submissions, and ensure adherence to brand standards while collaborating with stakeholders to address and escalate compliance issues.
Key responsibilities
- Review compliance packet submissions and determine acceptance or rejection based on required documentation
- Document exceptions to brand standards and compliance, and follow up with Franchisee Consultants regarding past-due compliance packages
- Generate reports and assist with tasks for the Design and Construction team or other company initiatives as needed
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of franchise experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or internationally comparable degree preferred
- Experience in compliance review and facilitation
- Analytical skills for conducting analysis and identifying compliance issues
- Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
