Job Summary
Supporting the organization's compliance program, the full-time Compliance Specialist will conduct regulatory research, manage compliance documentation, and assist with monitoring activities in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regulatory licensing activities, renewals, and related recordkeeping
- Assist with the ongoing administration of compliance programs and regulatory initiatives
- Monitor state and federal regulatory updates impacting pharmacy benefit managers and healthcare organizations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Legal Studies, Pharmacy, Compliance, or a related field
- 1-4 years of professional experience in compliance, healthcare administration, legal support, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze information and identify potential compliance risks or concerns
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
