Compliance Specialist, Licensing

Job Summary

Supporting the company's licensing and regulatory compliance program, the full-time Compliance Specialist, Licensing & Regulatory Affairs will manage money transmitter license applications, regulatory reporting, and documentation across multiple U.S. jurisdictions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and submission of money transmitter license applications, renewals, and amendments
• Maintain NMLS records and state licensing portal accounts while tracking filing deadlines and regulatory commitments
• Coordinate the collection and organization of supporting documentation for licensing and regulatory filings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Public Policy, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, or a related field
• Experience with regulatory filings and compliance documentation
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
