Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Surveillance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review expert call transcripts to identify and resolve instances of material nonpublic and confidential information
• Conduct due diligence reviews and document any compliance violations while escalating issues as necessary
• Perform advanced research on financial reports and regulatory filings to assess public domain information

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance, financial, or business analyst role preferred
• Strong research and analysis skills are highly valued
• Ability to work from 2pm-10pm Pacific Time
• Experience with proofreading, drafting, and investigative research
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
