Compliance Team Lead

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day execution of security compliance and risk operations, the full-time Compliance Team Lead will manage SOC 2 audit activities, support ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certification initiatives, and oversee third-party risk assessments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SOC 2 Type II audit activities, including evidence collection and auditor coordination
• Support the build and management of ISO 27001 ISMS and ISO 42001 AIMS, ensuring ongoing compliance post-certification
• Handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and monitor privacy compliance with relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or audit functions
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 audit cycles and evidence preparation
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 framework requirements preferred
• Experience in third-party risk assessment and vendor security review processes
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred but not required
