Compliance Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security and compliance inquiries, conducting intake of customer requests for information
• Analyze customer requests and questionnaires to determine priority and develop appropriate response plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information and represent the company during customer audits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role within banking, technology, or equivalent
• Experience in compliance, fintech infosec, or financial services is desired
• College graduate or equivalent experience, with an interest in cybersecurity or compliance
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
