Compliance Technologies Manager

Job Summary

To support its training solutions team, the remote contract Compliance Technologies Manager will define vendor training compliance standards, ensure data integrity, and establish governance processes for internal employees and external partners in the autonomous vehicle technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review data sources to highlight gaps and investigate discrepancies between internal systems and external vendors
• Lead alignment meetings with internal teams and external vendors to address training compliance risks and implement corrective actions
• Test enhancements to training compliance dashboards and gather feedback from internal stakeholders on usability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a training or safety-related role supporting operations teams with a vendorized workforce
• Proficiency in compliance frameworks, vendor governance, and data reconciliation
• Experience with at least one Learning Management System (LMS) and data visualization software, such as Tableau
• Proficiency with SQL or coding is a major plus
