Compliance Technology Program Lead

Job Summary

To enhance compliance and oversight, the full-time Compliance Technology Program Lead will leverage modern AI tools to automate and scale monitoring, documentation, and governance processes for fiat and virtual currency products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build automation using AI agents to streamline oversight, monitoring, and documentation tasks
• Establish and maintain model and data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and defensibility
• Oversee the development and performance monitoring of transaction monitoring and sanctions screening models

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance technology at regulated financial institutions or as a consultant
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including Claude and LLM-based agents
• Experience with Machine Learning and Heuristic models in compliance contexts
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and screening tools such as Chainalysis and TRM Labs
• Knowledge of AML model validations aligned with regulatory standards like SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12
