Compliance Testing Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Testing and Monitoring program, the full-time remote Compliance Testing Data Analyst will provide data analytics, automation, and reporting expertise by analyzing data, developing testing solutions, and producing reliable compliance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Compliance Testing and Monitoring program through data analysis, validation, and testing support
• Develop and maintain compliance testing methodologies, analytics routines, and reporting solutions using various tools
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and compliance risks while preparing clear reporting and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of experience in data analytics, compliance testing, or a related analytical role preferred
• 5 years of experience supporting compliance within financial services required
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and automation tools preferred
• General understanding of compliance testing methodologies and internal controls preferred
