Compliance Testing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of compliance professionals, the full-time remote Compliance Testing Manager will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive consumer compliance testing program to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies across all business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end compliance testing lifecycle, including strategic planning and execution of the annual Compliance Testing Plan
• Define testing scopes, sampling methodologies, and test scripts for complex consumer regulatory areas across all products and processes
• Manage and mentor a team of compliance testers, performing quality assurance reviews on workpapers and reports

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing a team of compliance testers or auditors
• 8-10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven experience designing and implementing risk-based testing programs
• Deep technical proficiency in consumer compliance regulations, including TILA, Fair Lending, and EFTA
• Experience interacting with federal examiners during audits or examinations
