Compliance Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Training & Contracts Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of compliance training for new hires and annual employee training
• Manage a Compliance Committee to maintain accurate compliance training materials
• Handle all contracts, vendors, and partnerships supporting the Learning & Talent team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification in Compliance, Learning & Development, or related field preferred
• Background in legal, audit, procurement, or risk management is a plus
• Experience with LMS platforms and compliance content
• Deep understanding of contract negotiation and vendor governance
