Job Summary

A company is looking for a TE Compliance Underwriter II.

Key Responsibilities

Perform compliance reviews of mortgage documents to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations
Analyze settlement fees and identify compliance irregularities within loan files
Manage workflow to meet daily volume and quality goals

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
1+ years of experience in the residential mortgage industry
1+ years of experience in compliance reviews preferred
Proficient in reviewing TRID loans originated post 10/3/2015
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
