Compliance Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Compliance to oversee its Governance, Risk, and Compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) program, including annual risk assessments and information Security Management Committee meetings
• Develop and maintain the annual compliance plan and Incident Response process, ensuring alignment with executive leadership
• Design, implement, and lead compliance training for employees while managing vendor compliance requirements and security audits

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in developing security and regulatory compliance frameworks, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Expertise in information security practices and risk management
• Experience with AWS ecosystem and ability to learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead discussions with diverse groups
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards
