Compliance Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the compliance function, including structure and personnel
• Design and implement policies to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and manage investigations related to compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a dental healthcare compliance leadership role
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare regulations, and fraud laws
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in a multi-state organization
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or relevant certification preferred
• Strong ability to communicate complex compliance topics clearly
