Compliance Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of the Compliance Post-Closing Quality Control function
• Oversee Branch Audit and Compliance Monitoring & Testing programs to identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Prepare executive-level reporting materials and ensure compliance outputs are accurate and actionable

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a large or complex setting
• 5+ years of experience in risk management and/or consumer compliance related to mortgage originations
• Experience in preparing executive- or regulator-facing reports and managing complex initiatives
• Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
