Job Summary

Managing workforce planning initiatives, the full-time Compliance Workforce Planning Manager will execute staffing assessments, support operational reporting, and enhance resource utilization while collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and enhance workforce planning processes, including forecasting and capacity planning
• Support the implementation of standardized operational metrics and management reporting across multiple processes
• Analyze operational performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, or operational strategy within large-scale operations or compliance environments
• Strong understanding of workforce management principles, operational metrics, and performance reporting
• Experience developing reporting solutions and dashboards that support operational decision-making
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and managing team performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
